This is nice. DS wants to knit, and is doing it but also is struggling with the gender issue. I know some male knitters who I thought I would introduce, but also think that I will show him this and other resources on the internet of men who knit.
Thanks for the heads up.
What age are your boys BTW? I thought I saw a 10 yo, but do you have one that is 7ish?

Very cool! I teach knitting at my kids' school, and my last two classes have had more boys than girls. :)

| My brother was taught to knit in 4th ? grade. The whole class knit and felted hats for charity. To the best of my knowledge he continues to knit hats and he's now in 7th grade, I think... bad sister. |

My boys are 15 and 13. The "knitter" is 14. Obviously at this age it's not a priority with him but he doesn't shy away from showing anyone his spinning or knitting abilities!

My 8 year old son has been begging me to start him on a new knitting project, and several boys on our street are waiting for me to give them lessons. Not the girls, tho....
~Rena~ My DH isn't afraid of anything- oh, except for those two words- "yarn shop".
