I bought this book from my LYS last weekend and it is perfect for beginners like me. The book takes you through what the Rowan workshop covers, the pictures are very detailed and the explanations are clear.

I keep hearing about how crochet finishing is nicer and faster than seaming (the part I like the least) and I secretly want to knit and crochet the Josephine pullover. Now I may actually get to it :)

Hi Minh. You'll enjoy adding crochet to your knitting. I have personally found that while knitting takes (me) preplanning and knowing where the items is going to end up, crocheting is easy to wing. Good luck with your learning and I'm sure the pullover will be lovely.
